So tonight at the peak of hurricane Sandy, Haleya and I went out in the storm to walk the labyrinth. As the rain came down and the wind blew, we circled the field tuning in to the depth of our beings for peace, guidance and direction. Holding the intention of feeling ourselves and feeling the storm, we walked until we came to the center and there paused to drink in what spirit offered to us - peace. Even in the midst of liife's storms there is always peace available to us at our center. It is our true nature. It is what we are. Then as we circled back out the guidance was clear. Healing is now and in every moment available. Our lives can be expressions of healing in each and every moment. No storm in our lives need disuade us from our our peace and our healing roles. It was fun!!
