Sometimes we get put in our place. When we think we are in charge or in control of what is happening, spirit often let’s us know that we must pause and listen to the guidance and harmony we are being given. In that moment it might not feel good, but we must remember that we are not doing this on our own. Even though in reality we are never alone, we still think we have to make it all happen on our own. When we effort in this way, we stop listening and try to push and make things happen. But the truth is that to stay in harmony with the universe’s unfolding we must let go and cooperate with the process we are being guided to participate in. Really it is so much easier to do it this way. All we have to do is stop fighting to make something happen and start allowing what is trying to come through us. When we stop pushing in this way, it is so much more peaceful, and it is actually so much more powerful. If we can only surrender and allow what wants to happen through us, we will feel so much better about ourselves and what we are doing. Many of us are not used to this. Sometimes it feels frustrating to have to let go, but when we actually do it, it feels really good, and stuff happens! Instead of fighting and struggling to manifest what you want, try surrendering and allow everything to unfold in a more relaxed and peaceful way. You’ll be glad you did! And so will everyone around you.
As we read the news and look at the world, we are horrified. Must we all fight endlessly until we destroy each other? How can we shift out of this endless cycle of violence? How can we move towards loving and caring towards each other?
To stop the endless cycle of violence in the world we must stop the endless cycle of violence within ourselves, because the world is just a reflection of what is happening inside ourselves. If we were to begin to understand this we would see that the more we can make changes within ourselves – the more we are kind to ourselves, and forgive ourselves and our mistakes, and imperfections, the more that is reflected in the world around us.
Yes, this means however we treat ourselves inside, flows out of us to others. So we must drop self judgments, and self condemnations. When we do this we will naturally become more peaceful. We will feel better inside and when we do, those new feelings flow out to others, rather than the feeling of frustration, judgment, and blame. What we feel inside is what we share outside.
So drop your judgments and peace will emerge. Without even asking, peace arises. When you drop all the attacks upon yourself, peace just naturally shows up. It is the way it is. Do the work and peace will show up. And the world will be a more peaceful place because of it.
As we go within, quiet our busy mind and open to our Source, we begin to discover the silent nature of God. This is hard to understand or even accept as we are so used to the busy activities of our lives. We are used to constant stimulation whether in thoughts, words or actions, and as we open to Source, we expect all kinds of phenomena. And even though the manifestations of the All-in-All are multitudinous, the All-in-All has no words, no sounds, and no voice, just a powerful silence.
For in the deep void accessed through our hearts, where all things are created, there is only emptiness – the blank void that is richer than the greatest richness. This is our great Source, the nothingness of our Source, beyond imagination, beyond words, and beyond comprehension, waiting to be seen and heard in a different way, allowing you to experience your own divinity and unity within. This is the birthright of each of us, of all of us. Nothing is as clear or as simple as this experience.
In this experience you will see and experience a knowing beyond all knowing, but it makes no sense because it is beyond all sensing. It is the Is-ness, beyond anything imaginable, beyond yourself. It is outside your normal experiencing range, but once you’ve tasted what cannot be tasted, smelled what cannot be smelled, felt what cannot be felt, you will understand that there is no going back. There is nothing else to live for or from. This is the Source of life. You breath it and it breaths you.
Then you can smile inside. Smile like the Buddha with that crooked little half smile, knowing the infinite wisdom that all is well, all will be well, and that there is nothing to fear- ever. Within this silence you know we are one, we are whole, and we are complete.
So let the journey unfold and enjoy the ride we are on, for it is through the glory of our own life experience that God is made manifest in this world, as we act in tune and in harmony with this silent Source. For when we sit in the silence we find peace, grace, and wholeness, and when we speak, act and live from this silent place within our hearts, our life becomes the most fulfilling thing (or no-thing) that you could possibly imagine.
When we stop and think about it, how often do we feel tense and stressed during the day? How much time do we spend feeling anxious and worried? And how much time do we actually spend allowing good feelings to flow through us? How often do we speak our truths? How often do we trust ourselves? How often do we simply say yes to all that wants to be expressed from within?
What if you trusted that it all is just waiting right inside of you? Waiting to come out. Waiting to be expressed. We are incredible beings of light energy and we are all here for a very special purpose. Do you know what that is? It is to express the truth of who we really are. We are the beings of light that we have been looking for. Within us is the source of light, God, energy, creativity, or whatever you want to call it, that we have been frantically searching for day after day. It is right here within each and everyone of us. It is only because of the limited beliefs we carry, the fears, the doubts, and the old patterns that we are habituated to, that keeps us in these tired run down ways of being that drain us and make feel weak and having little to offer anyone. But nothing could be further from the the truth. If we could move beyond our fears and doubts, and open to our own hearts and realize that within us is the true source of energy filled with light just waiting to be expressed, all we have to do is give ourselves permission and we can tap right into it. When we trust, when we say what is in our hearts, when we share whatever is longing to come out, we start shining. We become a beacon for all the world to feel and see. It may not be easy, but it is that simple. So what do you say folks? Are we ready? Are we ready to stand up and say, “ I am the light, I am love, I am that I am and it is good! Let’s speak it out! Let’s share it, and in that sharing we will be free.
