So what do you do when you feel grouchy and you’re frustrated and you don’t like what is happening? What do you do when everything feels too difficult and overwhelming? What do you do when things feel out of cotrol? What do you do when the fear is just too strong and you find yourself in a struggle to stay positive and clear, even when everything inside you is screaming NO! And you just can’t feel the way you want to feel and you can’t access those good feelings you know you want? This is a real dilemma because this does happen at times to most of us. We must remember first of all that we are not alone. We can call for help and it is right beside, around us, and within us even if we can’t see it. Yes, call for help. Pray. Do your spiritual practices. Help someone. Do yoga, meditate, or get out in nature. Get grounded, talk to your crystals or talk to your dog. Chant or sing or get some exercise, but don’t run away from the feelings, own them without judgment. Recognize when you are not letting go and realize you need to find a healthy way to dissolve the feelings, not dump them onto someone else but find a way to release, dissolve or neutralize them. Recognize that you are stuck. Recognize that your anger may be coming from your fear, because maybe your next step is scary, or maybe you you feel threatened and don’t have enough faith that things will work out. Admit that you are having trouble. Talk to a friend or neutral party, or get a healing! When you know you are not acting or feeling the way you want you have to do something to change. You have to say yes to what you really want even if it feels too big, too hard. Don’t blame anyone else. You have to find a way to do something different, and embrace that which your true desire has called in. Learn to embrace what your Soul has in store for you. Our little egos don’t necessarily want to go along with what our Soul has in mind but really that is the only way you will feel the way you want. Trust me. I’ve been there.
