After 40+ years of her 1:1 work, Haleya is retiring! Her set date is May 1, 2025. If you are an existing client you can contact her in case she has a cancellation before that date. Note from Haleya: I deeply love the work that I have offered over 40 + years. It has been my privilege and honor to work and serve all of you. Please drop me a note if we haven't said our official goodbyes. I will continue to teach so keep an eye out for a class or group that might be of interest to you. During this one hour session, you will learn tools (your hands!) you can use easily and at home to help you come back into balance. These tools will help you learn to regulate your own nervous system - whether you are the type of person who needs to activate yourself and your life or if you are the kind of person who needs to seriously relax and unwind.

She utilizes a wide array of tools including but not limited to: Donna Eden Energy Medicine, yoga, stretching, Polyvagal techniques, Somatic Experiencing, and acu-points.

Integrative Bodywork & Reiki

Make your way onto Haleya’s table for a deep nervous system reset through bodywork, Reiki, energy medicine, chakra work etc.

You’ll find yourself back home- back home to your body, mind, and soul.

This work is especially helpful with folks who have a lot of muscle tension, anxiety, worry, and or PTSD. This work can help train your nervous system how to dial itself down when needed.
