Self-Healing Circle

This Self-Healing Circle was birthed during the pandemic when we were all on lock down. We soon learned that coming together in the company of community via Zoom was a very important way to help ourselves. And it is still true.

Haleya gently guides participants on a deep and rich journey to help soothe and heal ourselves. She guides participants to use Reiki or simple hands on healing to work on a variety of areas on the body- all focused to help calm, soothe, and heal our nervous systems.

She also guides participants in other hands on healing tools including: Donna Eden's Energy Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Polyvagal techniques, Somatic Experiencing and other energy healing goodies she's picked up along the way.
