Join Haleya from the comfort and safety of your own home to find your center and balance throughout this challenging time. Through asana (forms/postures/poses), pranayama (conscious breath work), and other tools you’ll find or strengthen your own internal reset dial.
The intention is to keep our yoga practice simple so that we can relax and let go. There is nothing to prove and nothing to work hard at. The only thing required is that you show up. All the rest is taken care of. You’ll be guided in and out of forms in a deep and rich way with Haleya often giving 2 or 3 options whether you are new to yoga, have an injury, or are a practicing yogi and want more sensation.
Her yoga classes are slow and mindful. She draws on Hatha & Tantric yoga, Embodyoga, Energy Medicine Yoga, Acu-yoga, as well as drawing from Polyvagal theory, Somatic Experiencing, chakra and 5 element theory, and many other traditions that focus on unwinding stress and trauma from the body/mind/soul.
Whether you practice just at class or learn a sequence you can use at home, you’ll discover or deepen your own inner sanctuary and resources for health and healing.
Can’t take group yoga classes? You might opt for 1:1 instruction if you have an injury, are new to yoga, have PTSD, or any number of other reasons.
