Sanctuary Yoga allows you to take care of your mind, body, and soul at a deep level. Sanctuary Yoga is gentle but focused. It is slow, steady, and mindful. It allows your nervous system to let go deeply to help your whole system recalibrate and reset itself. Through asana (forms/postures/poses), pranayama (conscious breath work), mudra, and chanting, you’ll find or strengthen your own internal reset dial.
