You know you can’t always be efforting your spirituality. Sometimes you have to take breaks and let yourself just be. This is the natural way of things. Your heart squeezes then rests.Your lungs work to breath in then relax on your exhale. Your body wakes during the day then sleeps at night. On and off. Effort and let go. Tide in tide out.This ebb and flow is how life works. We must remember to give ourselves breaks in between our efforts. This is yet another way of being in rhythm with the flow life. It’s not always push push push. We must take the quiet times. Effort and release. This is how we maintain balance, harmony, and stay in tune with our deeper nature. Yes, get focused and do your practices. Do meditate, practice Reiki, or Yoga, but then let go of all the effort and just rest and restore. On and off. Effort and release. Your body and spirit will thank you for it!
