It is very important to listen to your body. What is it saying to you? What is it doing? What does it need? We can get so lost in our heads and with all the thinking that goes on we can completely bypass what is happening in our body. If we fail to listen we will suffer. We may not like what we are experiencing but we must pay attention if we are to stay in tune with our source. This is where the action is – the experiential feelings and sensations of the body bring you into the present moment like nothing else. When you do this you begin to realize that the body really is the temple of the soul. With this in mind, really feel what is happening in your body right now. What do you sense? What do you feel? Honor whatever you find there and be with it patiently without judgment. Whatever you are experiencing will eventually pass but for now it is the story of what is happening. Gently acknowledge whatever you find there. Let it play out, allowing the story to unfold within you. In this way you will come to understand all you need to know about yourself and this world. Yes care for your body as if it were the sacred temple of the divine spark of life, for in truth it is.
