As we go within, quiet our busy mind and open to our Source, we begin to discover the silent nature of God. This is hard to understand or even accept as we are so used to the busy activities of our lives. We are used to constant stimulation whether in thoughts, words or actions, and as we open to Source, we expect all kinds of phenomena. And even though the manifestations of the All-in-All are multitudinous, the All-in-All has no words, no sounds, and no voice, just a powerful silence.
For in the deep void accessed through our hearts, where all things are created, there is only emptiness – the blank void that is richer than the greatest richness. This is our great Source, the nothingness of our Source, beyond imagination, beyond words, and beyond comprehension, waiting to be seen and heard in a different way, allowing you to experience your own divinity and unity within. This is the birthright of each of us, of all of us. Nothing is as clear or as simple as this experience.
In this experience you will see and experience a knowing beyond all knowing, but it makes no sense because it is beyond all sensing. It is the Is-ness, beyond anything imaginable, beyond yourself. It is outside your normal experiencing range, but once you’ve tasted what cannot be tasted, smelled what cannot be smelled, felt what cannot be felt, you will understand that there is no going back. There is nothing else to live for or from. This is the Source of life. You breath it and it breaths you.
Then you can smile inside. Smile like the Buddha with that crooked little half smile, knowing the infinite wisdom that all is well, all will be well, and that there is nothing to fear- ever. Within this silence you know we are one, we are whole, and we are complete.
So let the journey unfold and enjoy the ride we are on, for it is through the glory of our own life experience that God is made manifest in this world, as we act in tune and in harmony with this silent Source. For when we sit in the silence we find peace, grace, and wholeness, and when we speak, act and live from this silent place within our hearts, our life becomes the most fulfilling thing (or no-thing) that you could possibly imagine.
