Okay let’s face it. This is a really hard time to stay connected to your Self, and I’m talking about the deep Self. Even though there may be a part of you that is noisy or demanding (or whatever discordant thing it is saying) you can still simply recognize that that voice is not the real you and does not control you, even though it may be loud and noisy. This is what we all must contend with when we have unruly parts that don’t like the idea of being part of a bigger collective consciousness that includes all that is. The idea that we are alone and separate beings is what our egos thrive on but ultimately it is not the truth. The truth is we are all connected in a field of consciousness. In fact we are that consciousness. That’s why when that part of you cries that it is not being seen or heard and needs something, it is really that the field of conscious connection that you share with all of humanity and nature is what is not being seen and recognized. So sit back breath out slowly and listen to what is there. If it’s noise, then that’s not you, and recognize that it is not you. That will help disconnect from that disruptive part. If it’s quiet and still then you are home. And if not, keep reminding yourself that the discordant voice is not you. That will help you dis-identify from that part, and free you up. And then your home. Peace!
